Voxonic Inc., the innovators of a proprietary patent-pending software which transforms voices into foreign languages, today announced the launch of its independent record label, Vox Music Group. The record label will be co-owned by Arie Deutsch, President of Voxonic, and Norman “Storm” Bell of Purfek Storm Management. Vox Music Group’s first release, titled Vox Files Version 1, will feature new material from veteran Hip-Hop artists such as Havoc and Prodigy, C-Murder, Kurupt, 40 Glocc, M1 from Dead Prez and Daz Dillinger. The label has also signed Grammy-nominee Ky-Mani Marley, son of the iconic Bob Marley, as its first artist.

Ky-Mani Marley will release his first album in five years under Vox Music Group this fall. Marley’s most recent release, Many More Roads, was nominated for a Grammy in 2001 and garnered him a spot on an extensive worldwide tour with the multi-talented artist Wyclef Jean. Ky-Mani Marley has been well-received worldwide from audiences and critics alike with his unique sound of classical reggae beats mixed with contemporary hip-hop.

“We are excited to have the opportunity to launch the Vox Music Group with great projects such as Vox Files Version 1 and Ky-Mani Marley,” said Arie Deutsch, Co-owner of Vox Music Group. “The fact we have gotten the support of such well respected Hip-Hop artists and signed a high caliber artist such as Ky-Mani Marley validates our music experience and extensive relationships in the industry.”

“I am excited to be the first artist signed to Vox Music Group as it allows me to create a partnership with my label,” says Ky-Mani Marley. “Signing with Vox Music Group allows me to bring my music to the next level by combining my artistic creativity with their innovative global marketing ideas to create a sound which will broaden my existing fan base.”
